nice jeep but speak into the mic, also i would have that power switch on your inverter covered up so your passenger does not accidentally kick it on and kill your battery real fast.

Mmmmm 2000 Jeep Cherokee, the worst engine that you can get, the fattest front end of all of them. The godyest interior of them all. Doesn't even have a distributor. But shit, they are still great trucks. Looks nice.

+Falando Again, if you don't over-heat the motor, you don't have a problem.  A cylinder head on a Jeep 4.0L is a breeze to change out.  I did mine and the weight of the head was by far the worst and most difficult part of the project.  Maintenance is by far the biggest factor.

Actually, they are the worst years of HO 4L I6, due to the all to common head cracking. I own a 93 XJ, and I love it, but 99-2001 they really messed up the heads.

+Falando You said, "The worst engine you can get".  Really?!  How many engines do you know of that will run for 200,000+ miles without needing a major repair?  Jeep's 4.0L I6 and Ford's 4.9L I6 are tow of the most reliable modern engines built and that is a fact.  Jeep had a head issue from '99-2001 that would crack in the very center if the engine was over-heated, but that's driver error more than anything.  If you properly maintain your cooling system, you won't have a problem with over-heating the motor.

Thank you. For not being one of those people who puts a snokle on their car and does nothing with the exhaust. Most people who have a snorkle have no idea that there has to be more done to make it functional.

I have a 2001 XJ almost just like this one, the 4.0 is as close to bulletproof as it gets. I highly suggest them, that's my $0.02 worth haha, also check out cherokeeforum(dot)com, it's a bunch of Cherokee owners on there, read around for a little while and you'll get to know about them fairly well from reading about them, good luck with finding one.
