#Cadillac was once the pinnacle of American luxury and unfortunately has been struggling to find sales in the last few years. With the discontinuation of all their sedans, crossovers are the future for GM's luxury division. For 2020, we are seeing the 2nd all-new vehicle expected to be released every 6-months, this #XT6 is designed to offer buyers who want to space of the Escalade but without the bulk and fuel thirst. Next to its rivals, it seems like Cadillac may have played it a bit safe, especially when you look at the design and engine specs. #NAIAS

Names on a car are VERY important... you heard us accidentally call this vehicle an XT5 in the intro of this video... But you know we meant XT6. Sorry for the confusion guys! Let us know what you think of Caddy's new 3-row crossover below!

Cadillac is just becoming now another blend with the rest of luxury cars now a days. Every car looks sporty. The chrome looked a lot better rather than the mesh

Man I was absolutely looking forward to this vehicle, but I’m not paying them more money then what I paid for my Acadia at almost 50 thousand and get ting less 3rd row space. Cadillac is getting to expensive for what you get just saying.

People hate hate on Cadillac and most of them hop on the German band Wagon and can’t even afford neither one , but I bet you if someone put a Mercedes or bmw logo on it then people would be talking about how clean it would be 🤔

No super cruise!!! GM, you've got to be kidding at this price point. One of your best safety features left off to compete with Lexus, Acura, Audi??? What were you thinking? That's why GM struggles to compete in this segment - no common sense.

A good powertrain is extremely important and if Cadillac cannot take this part of the vehicle serious they failed before they even began.

M A+ Yeah, probably can’t. Probably can’t even afford the Aviator as it starts higher than the XT6. But from what I know, lots of people.. Forums, comments on YouTube, etc. Have been smashing on the XT6 because they could have done better, they could have added a RWD architecture like what Lincoln did with its Aviator.

People say it’s a rebadged Traverse, Acadia in one. Because of how it fits in between those 2 cars. But I’m gonna say this, if I had the money to spend on a new XT6 even if they gave me a good deal, I wouldn’t take it. Because, my brain tells me....That there’s better SUV’s with more features and more practicality for almost 20k less, and that if some car was more expensive than this like its other competitors, I’d expect high end quality, craftsmanship, and a good powertrain, and comfort. I don’t want a Traverse with a crest on it.

I would rather getting a Honda Pilot than this, same amount of room, has almost as much or more features, probably a better powertrain, better reliability, etc. For ALMOST 25k less! But I know everyone’s not gonna agree with that because ew it’s Honda, it ain’t American blah blah blah but. Cars are not all about looks, you have to look in it too see how it’s gonna make your life so much easier.

I would buy the Aviator over this, because they really give you what you pay, you expect good quality, craftsmanship, and a good powertrain, it has all of those aspects IT EVEN HAS ADAPTIVE AIR SUSPENSION (That’s RANGE ROVER level). That’s why, I’m just so disappointed on this XT6, I know they’re proud of this design, but US.... THE CUSTOMERS, are not really “satisfied” with what they do. They still think Lincoln is rebadging Ford’s and going in Hugh debt, but what they don’t know is that they upped their game to being one of the most best luxury car manufacturers ever known.

But of course, it’s obviously my opinion. I’m not forcing everybody to hate the XT6, I’m saying that it has potential, but not enough...

KIA Telluride & Hyundai Palisade Look way better than this overpriced GM crap. Quality, warranty, price and features all rival this thing.

GM, Dodge and Ford failed in the small sedan market and now even with crossovers and Full size SUVs they are slacking. We can’t all buy pick-up trucks so step your game up American manufactures before the Asians take over this SUV segment as well like they’ve just done with the sedans.

*Pretty soon their Mustang and Charger will be outsold by KIA’s sporty Stinger GT.

Only luxury item on this vehicle is the badge. That's about it. GM never really got the meaning of luxury. The put bunch of cheap looking parts on their vehicles, and charge the same price as much better looking and quality mamufacturers.

I like the Traverse when I saw it.

The Hyundai Palisade and the Kia Telluride loaded has - new features - that the Cadillac does not offer , the third Rowe , not so crowded , much nicer interior , will sell for about fifteen thousand less loaded , comes with 5 years bumper to bumper warranty , 10 years on the drivetrain , 5 years roadside assistance ....... The extra bumper to bumper warranty is worth thousands $ in your pocket ...... Kia and Hyundai will set the benchmark to beat , in every respect , when it comes to these large three row seating SUVs .....

Wow, this thing will be SLOW with that under-powered engine. I'm driving an XT5 as a loaner (same exact engine), and it has not nearly enough power for me. What does this thing weigh almost 4500 pounds? Imagine with passengers and cargo on board. Hopefully grandma is the only driver.

Domestic brand, Lincoln, did an awesome job with Aviator, miles better that this rebadged Chevy Traverse. Besides, in the import department, Volvo XC90, Audi Q7 and Acura MDX offers better products in any department, reliability, quality and design.
Even the design of the Mazda CX-9 looks more alluring and exciting than this
