I cannot tell you how engrained the sound of those trains are in my mind. Especially when they click-clack over the bridges on a misty day. You've captured that a few times. I felt like it was ways raining in Chicago. I lived there for 15 years. The sound of those trains is something that I'll never forget.

That train is literally the same one as the one Spider-Man stopped in Spider-Man 2

They should also replace the trains with trains that look like Montreal's new metro azur

Carmelo Anthony Most or the cars you were seeing are pretty new. And the replacements won’t be much of a change. These replacements go to the blue(runs under Dearborn st in downtown), brown(runs on the outer track in the loop), and orange(the one to midway) lines.

I actually kinda like the old look to the L trains. They could keep them a little cleaner though

I like the Chicago L, but they need to replace the trains with new ones and take safety measures in place

(Firstly, I must admit my prejudice, since I live in Chicago and ride the L all the time). I have ridden both systems and I feel our system here in Chicago is far superior to New York's. Ours is cleaner, friendlier, much easier to navigate, has great signage and has a great announcement system. The only advantage to the New York subway is that it runs 24/7. However, we have 2 lines which run 24/7, the Red Line and the Blue Line.

Jonathan Carcamo I'm only half kidding. NYC has a great system in terms of comprehensiveness and coverage. But I swear the cleanest subway station in New York is dirtier than the dirtiest subway station in Boston.
