What if it still doesn't start? Is it not the starter?

joe r it could still be the starter. Does the battery have enough voltage? If you’re not sure then try jump starting it.

Just had a problem with a 2007 honda accord intermittent start problems replaced battery still a weak start other times you turn key nothing then 5mins later it would crank but very weak i thought maybe a bad connection nope so i replaced the starter and in this car its behind the manifold fun fun could of been an easy install with minor knowledge but nope one bolt on starter wouldent come out easy and finally i got it out and the threads were all messed up on the end so i sanded those down a little i had no choice i didnt have wheels to get to a store to get a bolt so i had to reuse it went back in ok but ill tell ya it was like night and day way heavyer response time and starts right up.

Thank you for sharing. I am trying to debug problem with my vehicle. I think it could be battery, but again, I've been running A/C when driving short-distances. And, it's probably not driven much. So, that could be killing battery, then it didn't start once. But other times, it's started perfect. So, not srue. Maybe you can address that in future video. Thank you again. You really seem like Scotty Kilmer, who I've watched many times before ...

I've never heard of a bad starter causing a car to die while driving. Try jump starting it. If it starts up you have a bad battery. If it still clicks then you have a bad starter.

Hi ,i am recently facing an issue with my 3 year old car.. it will start without any problem in the morning or at the times when the car is not hot. It struggles to start after when the engine becomes warm . At the same time all the electrical accessories are working perfectly. When restarting the car after short journey it behaves like their is no charge in the battery . After trying for 2-3 times it will start very slowly. I went to the service center and they are saying their is no problem with the car when they check.

Please help me with these issue, i want to know what is the exact problem.

      Regards

The screech sound is probably the bendix on the starter not engaging. More than likely needs a new starter.

tice sine this is going to sound crazy but it’s possible you got two bad starters. I actually went through something similar myself. You need to have the existing starter bench tested.
