I have the 3rd row in my X5 and can honestly say it’s really meant for kids. Not very comfortable even for smaller adults but it’s handy to have when u really need that extra seat. It has the same cargo space with the 3rd row down as the standard 5-seater and adds both sliding and reclining function when equipped with the 3rd row, something all other suv on the market can do and it is really handy when you pack stuff into your trunk space but ran out of room to close the tailgate. All in all, 3rd option on my X5 was a great add-on

I set in both and there is hardly any difference in first and second row.

not a good comparison.. you have an m-sport vs non m-sport. Obviously the X5 m-sport is going to look more sporty and aggressive. The X7 40i engine is more than adequate for this size machine. I am having plenty of fun driving on the highway with it. Believe me the 6 cyl will be BMW's most popular version. Not because of price but because the difference in performance is 0.5 seconds but a big difference in fuel efficiency.

“6 cylinder engine is not going to be enough” - this guy is completely clueless... it’s not going to be enough for what, competing on the Nurburgring? With that inline 6 the X7 still moves quicker than most of the V8s in that category...

I drove the 40i a few days after that, and I admitted that I was wrong - there was nothing wrong with the 6 cylinder. I just say what I feel, and if I am wrong - I am ready to admit it.

Thanks for the video, it's nice to see this comparison. It would be perfect if you guys get a lapel mic. Here's some options: Cheers.

Mico, perhaps you need to stop at the Genius desk, they always seem to know how seats, etc. work :)

Thanks for a great comparison video. I had problems hearing your words. You might want to try using a microphone that can clip onto your collard.

BMW needs to creat a operational video for there cars like they did in the 90s. There own dealers have a hard time figuring this thing out and that turns away customers

I like your videos but you really need to sort your audio out. Very difficult to hear outside of car. Cheers.
