This is a compilation of the 1999-2004 2nd generation Honda Odyssey. By far, in my opinion, these Odyssey's are the best minivan model ever (though the Odyssey, and Honda's in general, are all pretty good).
In this video, there are burnouts, police chases, 0-60's, VTEC kicks, kick-downs, some accidents, and some ABS tests.
You get a general idea of the exhaust, the engine, and the car itself.

1999-2001 Odysseys have a 4-speed paired to a 210 HP 3.5 L Engine
2002-2004 Odysseys have a 5-speed paired to a 240 HP 3.5 L Engine
The 1999-2003 Odysseys have problems with their transmissions, particularity with the 4-speed. We have the '03 EX-L Odyssey with RES and it has so far 150,000 miles and counting with original transmission (and transmission fluid). Talk about reliability.

Update:5/5/2015
Our Ody was totaled earlier this year in late Feb. when someone t-boned it. Happy to say we replaced it with an 07' EX-L. The tranny failed about a year ago between spring and summer of 2014. Original tranny fluid with no maintaince at 182 or 189k...was going about 80 up and down hills then it downshifted and wouldn't go in higher gears. Restarted car and car acted like neutral in all gears (Towed it home 1 1/2 hours with my 00' accord v6 with basically the same tranny lol..) we had the ody tranny rebuilt at Aamco and right after it hit 200k it was tboned. We towed a lot on the orignal tranny with no problems and one or twice on the rebuilt one.. The rebuilt one slipped after about 10k miles wile towing and did the exact same thing. But we were towing about 85 mph (was Christmas holidays, usually few police on interstate) cross country. We were towing a Chrysler lol.. not sure if I can recommend aamco rebuilds.....

My dad's got an 02 Odyssey EX. It's been in the family since I was 7 months old. I still remember learning to drive on this thing. When I redlined it up to 6,000 RPM for the first time I realized what a fun machine the family car was. Even took my drivers test in it. Passing trucks is so fun in this van

Watching this again... thank you for the compilation, people truly have no idea about the VTEC!! 02 at 286000 all stock last 2 problems was the starter recently and the alternator 75,000 miles Ago! I tell people all the time but it’s hard to visualize an 800,000 mile capacity. Never forget Odyssey is the best minivan/car in general on the road

Im running my moms 05 honda. Ive had it up to 110 mph. Ive done burn outs with it. Its really just a beater car now. But it still runs good and dosent complain. Infact alot of people dont realize it has a 3.5l v6 with vtec.

clocked 165kmh in my moms 3.5L v6, scariest part was that there was a driveway that came out onto the road so when we hit it at 165 we went up on 2 wheels for at least a second. I never guessed Odyssey's were such power houses haha.

After paying for a transmission rebuild, no burnouts for our 03 Odyssey! One tip that might help is that when you have to replace struts and shocks, avoid the Monroe, and order a complete set of struts and shocks from KYB. Our Odyssey has 175K miles and I wanted to avoid Monroes, as they are wishy washy, and not even close to the original handling. I couldn't find a quick strut kit from KYB, and the reason was they use a different name for them (Strut-Plus), here is one of them: http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=4788516

Felt like a new van! Great handling, and the price isn't much more then cheaper ones, but the quality is much better! Very little body lean, solid supple ride.
