The third-generation Maruti Suzuki WagonR has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs.4.19 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The new Maruti WagonR is available in seven variants and dual airbags and ABS with EBD is standard across variants. The new WagonR is underpinned by the Heartect platform and gets two petrol engine options- a 1.0-litre and a 1.2-litre engine.

      Its design looks somewhat similar to Ignis. Previous Wagon R was much better in terms of seats and adjustable headrests and also the Push to slide cup holder feature is something I use a lot to hold Pepsi can. The feel of wagon r is missing. But yes, it's a worthy upgrade I feel with 1.2 L heart, Steering mounted controls with android auto, airbags as standard and nearly double boot space.
