Honda driver didn't see it coming? That was quite bad. I believe that the Honda driver died?

One thing is if he/she passed out somehow. Or doing it on purpose, I mean suicide.

The truck driver could have voided the straight impact, he/she could have turned away. But still maybe the trailer would have been crashed. Maybe it was too impossible to avoid injury?

Here in Connecticut there used to be “YIELD” signs for vehicles merging, for whatever reason they’ve been removed, some drive cars with head up in their butt- distracted, drunk and plain old stupid. USE YOUR SIGNAL Lights, you paid for it so use it. if you don’t value your life don’t involve others.

Been a CDL-A truck driver for many years. Most accident causes are the four wheellers that do not want to follow a big truck for any reason. I used to feel like a demolition derby was happening around me, especially Birmingham and Atlanta. I was passed by on the shoulder, brake checked, rammed in the side blind spots, tailgate constantly (sometimes called "drafting"), t boned and rear ended several times cause somebody was texting and not looking where they were headed. I've seen it all, and none of it was my fault, never had a moving violation, never was charged with anybodys death because it was their fault - not mine. Had to counter sue several liars, too. You just do not screw up with a tractor trailer rig because at times the results can be injury, or DEATH. My company never paid a dime in compensation to others, only to me for my injuries and loss of work after the suits were settled. Never, never pull up beside a truck when they are turning, because they have to turn wide to clear the street corner, you end up being crunched in their blind spot and it ain't driver's fault - ever. If you don't likeke what I have said, just try these things, and see what happens (if you live through it).

0:50 i dont know why truckers have to drive in the midlane in the first place... In Portugal they like to do it, but it is forbiden if the right lane is free and the trucks is not surpassing any vehicle... yet they do it like they dont care about the rest of us.

This happens daily in the North East USA. The lack of awareness of their surroundings is dangerous. They don’t drive they just go from A to B. They use blinkers if at all at the last minute. And if you use the horn they either gtg angry or look at you as if you are the one in the wrong.

When I was still driving long haul, I used to wonder where the people like that white truck driver thought all of their food, clothing, their vehicle and everything to build and furnish their house or apartment came from. All of it is hauled in trucks and has to be delivered over those roads where these idiots are road raging against the truckers. That driver should be forced to grow all of his own food, build a log hut with stone tools and no nails and have to weave cloth to make all of his own clothing. He should not be allowed to own a motor vehicle and drive. If he hates trucks and truckers, he should not be allowed to have anything that they deliver.

The idiot in the fire truck felt that his flashing lights gave him license to completely suspend common sense and put EVERYBODY IN DANGER!
That stupid stunt should have earned him a job AND license suspension along with a hefty fine!
