RCJETWERX 4S 5000mah 60-120c packs and the RC Geek Center Burner. Pilot Ejected in the early part of the flight because he know my flap mix was messed up! My nose gear steering was way to much! Went with the lowest setting and 80% expo but will turn it down more for next week!

Well besides the damn wing coming off on mid flight you averted every possible situation that puts that F22 down for good. I am happy to see this was not the case. Way to keep your cool. Handled it like a true vet. If your not a veteran, you should be. Like a fucking cucumber bro.

Good control on nerves under the circumstances.... plus the judges (hehe) adding to the nervousness... we’ve all been there ... good save!

Of course I knew what the problem was I said it wasn't getting the sink rate so just trying to figure it out was just too time-consuming, and obviously I've had quite a few flight since then. It was just bad advice on the flap elevator mix of One Pilot, if I had went with the recommended I would have been fine. Thanks for watching!

Yikes! That was heart stopping..good save though considering having to deal with distraction (canopy) concurring with a flap mix issue.

Yeah I was still calm, and yes after that 3rd go around it was time to get it done. If you saw, a city worker came to empty the trash when I was down there to. Everyone was focused on me I guess to see if there was a guy walking across our designated Runway. There was no other damage just soggy, people were wondering why I kept the landing gear up because I know the grass was very wet and didn't want to get it into intakes to belly land it. It is flying great now, but doing many mods to it right now...

Not hatin’ but you need to do nothing but touch and goes! It’s obvious you do not know how to approach the landing. In this case, you shourd have been gears up and (grass) berry randed!

I assumed it was pilot error. Sorry if you took offense.
I see far too many people who are over their head w/ hardware beyond their capability.
I have a Freewing F-16 90mm and this bird is not the easiest to pilot. The F-22 will be my next EDF 😎

If you read the other commits, you would have seen the elevator/flaps mix was wrong (NO SINK RATE). The grass was soaking wet, IF you was here you would have noticed it would have gotten much water and grass sucked into the fan. AND if you would have also noticed have seen the following 9 flights you would have noticed it was long since fixed!

I had a short timer just for that reason, I still had 38% remaining, but yeah I should have just used no flaps to land but I got it fixed. I'm happy with my current settings.

Use the rudder more on the landing. Fly it to the ground with the nose up. Never chop the power and glide in. Thats what amateurs do

These foam jets are all easy flyers for amateurs. I flew the freeing 70mm f16 6s whe first time with no issues. Never flew any plane before.

Perhaps you should have read the description the flap elevator mix was set wrong, I couldn't get a good sink rate, all this was fixed on the 2nd and 3rd flights IF you watched them too.

Quite the flight. Need to get out of the throttle way sooner to slow it down.

Hey Victor.. My Maiden was similar.... She fly's Great... Just need to wrangle that landing! She sure doesn't look like she's moving all that much until she crosses the threshold... then she zooms by. I have down elevator in with flaps per the manual. But My Maiden was in a TON of wind.... Great flight . Home in one piece!

Yeah it was a pain with the wrong mix, but that's why we have that big grass soccer field as a backup landing location. If I had the right mix it may have been better though. But yeah it's fine just got a little wet on the first flight but that did not discourage me from taking it up two more times...
