Berlin Hbf, Franfurt Hbf and London St. Pancras are excellent stations.

Brussels Midi is a complete dump - I think that probably about 1€ has been spent on improving it.

Gare du nord isn’t spectacular either. They’ve renovated it slightly this year.

no; there are no customs checks between Belgium and the UK, because both countries are in a customs union through the EU (at least as of today); just UK immigration check jn brussels

I think the answer (when watching this gentleman’s videos...I’m a to have the sound turned of and enjoy the views with no distraction). I agree about the changes in Brussels...they are lengthy at times and can also be very tight. If you are disabled (like myself) it’s a long walk from the Eurostar to the ICE, Thalys etc. How I long for through trains from St. Pancras to Germany, etc.

I loved riding the TGV in France, but why on earth would anyone spend all day on a train, when you can fly this route in 2 hours, and for the same money?
