Mostly same video as earlier just in much higher quality plus more accidents and other clips:

Aerial video of a dangerous icy I40 around Clarksville, AR this morning. A very little snow...not much more than a dusting ended up causing treacherous driving conditions due to a layer of ice that developed. Video includes numerous wrecks, traffic, and (the first clip) a vehicle flying off the interstate. At end of video there is some snow falling clips from just before sunrise.

I live in NH.  Last winter I was working in Springfield, Mass.  Forecast was for 3-5 of snow inches so I still went.  The snow got much heavier all morning.  I cut my day short when we got about 8 inches by noon. Driving home about 50 miles, straight shot on Rt 91.  I did 30- 35 mph the whole way.  It seems the older I get, the less chances I take.

When you don’t salt your roads ... this is what happens .... many states poorly maintain their roads and Tennessee is one of them ... too busy trying to save money

God damn Arkansas and their shirty road crews. They knew the storm was coming like up here in Missouri two weeks ago when the big crash happened on I44. They had salt, sand, and other abrasives available. Thank goodness I was down last week with my truck in the shop.

I would say the guy flying the drone is helping by getting a birds eye view, enabling rescue and enforcement to be dispatched to the most in need and observing road and traffic conditions.

I had shut my truck down at 2 in the morning right before this mess hit. Better to get there late than not get there at all

Plus you get to save those HOS resting at a truck stop instead of burning them on the side of the road...:)
